buying vs building first time home buyer
Hello,
I’m a first time home buyer (21 years old) and car enthusiast.
I’m looking to just buy a house with a big garage and get to tinkering with my hobbies and do a little fabrication as well. Problem is that my ideal house is expensive because they are normally attached to a large house that a single person doesn’t need. The idea of buying land and building my ideal house has been brought up by my parents. just looking to weight my options.
