Are they easy to wholesale?

I was searching for vacant homes. It turns out the homes have tenants living there. Are tenant occupied properties an issue to end buyers?

It depends on the lease terms and what kind of buyer you are targeting. Buy and hold investors typically like to put their own tenants in the property. Flip investors like the property vacant upon closing.
