My wife and I are thinking of liquidating some of our assets in Texas in order to reinvest in a different market. Problem is we are thinking of not using a Realtor!😬

What are some of the Best practices for selling your investment properties?  What have been some of your best and worst experiences selling your property without a Realtor?
