I’m a northeast guy but curious about A markets in Georgia. What are the top markets in Georgia? I assume savannah, Athens and Atlanta.

@Andrew Bosco, to further note, it entirely depends on your investment strategy and budget. Lately, to maximize cash flow while investing in an appreciation-based market (Atlanta), the majority of my clients have shifted their investment strategy to rent-by-the-room properties.
