Help with owner financing paperwork and servicing.

I am dealing with properties in Southern Colorado. We are going to sell off a few with owner financing. Manufactured homes on land with purged titles. They transfer with standard real estate deed.

We are looking for a company to do DODD-Frank compliant paperwork as well as service the notes.

I called several RMLOs and they won't do the paperwork.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
