PG&E Panel upgrade

Hello Everyone,

Im having a problem with PG&E. I upgraded my main electric panel from a 100Amp to a 200Amp due to the new appliances that was added to the property. What was added was

2 ton Mini split AC, Washer/ Dryer/ Dish washer, 220 EV charger & of course the new 200Amp panel with all new AFCI breakers.

what i was told from PG&E was that they needed to do a calculations to see if the transformers would be able to carry that load or if they needed to upgrade the transformers aswell. My electrical wires are over hang not underground. I've read that it cost more if it's underground. but as of right now i've already got permit from the city of Oakland and the panel was approved and green tagged. Just need the reconnect.

has anyone gone thru the same process and pls explain. they said they would get back to me but if they needed to upgrade the transformers it would take months which i don't have.
