Newspaper Print Advertising

Hello BPer's,

So my company MGM Capital is now up and running. I have my contracts drafted, my money partners in line, GC and attorney all ready to go. I am now making the leap of faith into marketing for deals.

I have begun with some test mailing campaigns to measure the response rates, etc. My question is this, has anyone tried newspaper ads? I am not sure if it would provide much utility considering the amount of money to get a few lines is ridiculous.

Also, any other ideas or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I know radio ads are extremely expensive but I would imagine they may drive a decent ROI.

Also!! Please any Bird Doggers/Wholesalers in the greater Boston, MA area reach out to me.

Cheers!!

Great question, I haven't done PPC, or TV ads, I'm working on my lead generating website now to drive traffic to it. The SEO I'm doing with an experienced site builder. I hoping to rank high after doing all the organic advertisement through, blogs, fb ads, and other media outlets. I have been a buy and hold investor for a few years, and just now starting to market for deals. I'm currently using direct mail which is generating a pretty good response rate. Let me know if news ads work out for you.
