Any insurance company suggestions for a fix and flip properties in CA? It is unbelievable that i couldn’t find any company last two weeks.

@Ozzy Akpek NREIG, REAL PROTECT, and STEADILY are all competitive on this. Don't bother with your big names like State Farm, USAA, etc. Those agents don't see these "rehab/builder" policies often enough to speak the language.
