Doubling $100k over 2 year

I did this about 4 years ago and used it to build a portfolio of 16 long term lets

I have managed to get another £100k from a business sale and I'm going to buy 5 houses for $80k worth $100k and rent them out for 2 year and then sell them on for $100k in a market worth $110k . 

Anyone else got any ideas for doubling the 100k . The rates are too high to remortgage and BRRRR and the properties I'll be buying will be mainly for equity as cash flow would be low
