Can I negotiate price on foreclosures

Good morning to all , I am reviewing homes and came across some foreclosures and wondering g if you can negotiate the price. The comps show I have to pay a lower price in order to be a good deal . Not sure if you can offer less than asking on foreclosures. Thanks for any help .

Thanks Bob for your reply . Yes I am a cash as is buyer . Looking to flip some deals . I will pass on the deal for now to someone with more experience for a fee like you said . Thanks for the help . Appreciate it .

Of course, you can , Are you cash as is ? I assume no. You need to know all your numbers. you are not ready yet. Show them to someone doing deals. If they are good, you will earn a fee, learn then go on your own. However, it could take years for them to close.
