Investing in Maui
Aloha Everyone,
I am new to the REI world and found an opportunity in my home town of Maui. I am born and raised in Kahului, Maui and I recently moved my family and I out of Hawaii within the last year and currently living in Las Vegas now. I still have my family house in Maui that is currently being rented out to other family members there. The house is a SFH that has potential to add an ADU or ohana style unit. I was looking for recommendations as far as architect's or a draftsman to help me make this plan possible. Also, recommendations for contractors, funding/lending would also greatly appreciated.
