Hello All - 

I am looking at some RE investment opportunities in Kansas, MO (mainly small multi-families). Since I am not familiar with the city, I would appreciate if you can help me share on the following topics:

1. If you can suggest a good Property Management company that you have worked with. Also if you know a RE agent that can help in the purchasing process.

2. What can you share about Kansas, MO real estate market - Home prices, tenants, crime...
