New to LA market need local wisdom

I have been renting some long and some
Short term apartments in Boston
For the first time venturing out of state
Will be closing on a fourplex in Echo park / Silver lake Los Angeles, CA with the idea to rent for about 2-5 years, make into condos and resell
All apartments are 1b/1b with garage
Reading about rent control and tenants not leaving in CA. Hoping to get some advice on any of the following
- Furnished ve unfurnished rentals what is in more demand in the area? (I can only do mid to long term rental no air b and b since not owner occupied )
- any recommendations on local resources for
Corporate rent ( beyond furnished finders..)
- need a team to get the apartments ready and possibly a rental agent / management company any good recommendations to one stop person / agency
- advice on proactively avoiding renters who will not leave
Any recommendations for a good attorney who can review my Lease as a minimum
- Anyone knows what if there is a demand for
Visiting nurses rentals in silver lake area
- What can I charge for a garage rental in echo park/ silver lake Los Angeles CA and good places to post that
- Any other local words of wisdom would be appreciate it !
