One of my favorite Zip Codes in Memphis is showing 600 Properties in either Bankruptcy, Preforeclosure, or Foreclosure. Other than an Auction at the Courthouse, is anyone having success contacting Owners to make offers ? Alos considering working with Banks on Properties they have. Thanks.
