Hi, fellow BP members.

Has anyone of you previous dealt with equitymax.com.

Its a company in Ft Lauderdale that locates and gives hard money loans for property in Florida?

It seems an interesting option but would like to hear if you guys have any info about the company and your thoughts on hard money loans in general.
