I am new to this and absorbing so much information to become successful. Thanks to BP, I am in the process of purchasing my first property a live-in home with the intention to hack and it  has been a challenge with the investing knowledge I have received., I don't look at homes the same and the area I live in is way over priced, However the topic of this post, N.O.I & Spreads, I was listening to episode 14 on BP podcast this two phrases came up. What are they?
