Seller financing addendum question
I am a buyer, in my seller financing addendum it states I have to purchase casualty insurance and place seller as the mortgagee loss payee. Is casualty ins home warrenty or homeowners? And what does designating the seller as mortgagee loss payee mean? Appreciate any help you can provide.
