Promissary note contract for deed
I bought a home owner finance and have been thinking of selling it on contract for deed but not sure if it would work? I asked my “Lender” if I can sell it as wrap but they don’t want the transfer of ownership. Number six would make me think I wouldn’t be able to but if it’s a contract for deed it isn’t transferred.
