Finding a niche
I would like to get into RE Investing but having trouble determining a niche. I get the benefits of residential, but backing a 4plex with a personal guarantee scares me. I also get the benefits of large apartments where I can do a value add and really increase the value. Is there a post or comprehensive resource evaluating all the niches? thanks for your help
