Austin Condo Vs. Tucson SFH
I am trying to decide between a 761sf 1BR/1BA CONDO in Austin (3 miles from downtown core) VS. 574sf Single Family Home ("SFH") in Tucson (1 mile from downtown core). I understand that generally condo's grow slower than SFHs, but what about Austin Condo in nice city neighborhood 3 miles from downtown VS. Tucson SFH 1 mile from downtown core in improving neighborhood? Condo is $40k more. Thanks for any advice.
