Moving to home state to house hack
I live in Wilmington NC now. The house prices are so high that house hacking won’t even save me money compared to renting. I started looking at multi family units in my small home town in Pennsylvania. They are very affordable. Can I buy one as owner occupied while still living in NC or should i move home and get a job first? My parents live there still and I could live with them in the interim.
