I want to call and make some offers but I want to make sure I have buyers so I am not just making offers without a buyer. Best way to find buyers and ones that are actively looking so I’m not sitting on deals?

@Account Closed, there are several skip tracing options. Use a company that has flexible spending options and no high volume spend minimum. Let me know if you need any guidance.
