House swap (permanent)

Stephanie V.
Posted

Hi everyone,

Do you know if it is possible to swap houses instead of selling them?

If so, how does it work and where do you find owners interested in such an arrangement?

Thank you,

Stephanie

Yes it's perfectly ok to do. There are websites that specialize in this. You can save Realtor fees (maybe) but you need a good RE attorney to make sure you're covered legally...
