Can't find a deal

I am a young investor, very new to the industry. I currently own 1 duplex (live in one half and rent out the other). I am ready to find my second deal. I have 2 realtors looking for me but am not sure if that is the right path to take. Looking for any advice on how to look for my next multi-family deal. Located in Huron County, Ohio.
