Selling farm to nephew
Location is rural Christian County, Missouri. We have an approximately 150 acre farm with a 30 year old double wide trailer we are living in. This property is debt free. We want to sell it to our nephew (who has had use of it for several years and owns the adjacent property) for $150,000 (well below market value) with us financing the loan. What is the easiest and simplest way to go about doing this? Thanks for any input.
