Propstream for finding deals
I realized I need to start finding better deals, below market value. Anyone used Propstream? Can you tell about experience and how it's helped you get properties for 70% of market value minus repairs?

Volume will be the key with the postcards. A local wholesaler here in Montgomery spends $30,000 monthly on postcard mailouts. But, it works!
