Hello all. I currently own 6 single family homes in Ferndale and things going well. Prices have risen quite a bit in Ferndale, and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions about other areas nearby that were conducive to buying and holding rental property from a tax, price, tenant standpoint.

Any help is appreciated!
