I am trying to find rental property for investing whether Single-family or Multi-family (4 units max). However, I am trying to accomplish this task by purchasing under market value (every investor dream). Currently not sure where to find such deals, would love any input from BP community members

Are you making low offers on distressed properties? How many properties are walking? Are you spending money on lead generation? Who knows you're a buyer?

This is where we find opportunities. Nothing else really works for BRRRR or flipping .
