Help selling a 2/2 condo?
I have a 2/2 condo in a college town I'm trying to sell. It had water damage and mold but professionally restored. Everything is fixed or brand new. The moment they hear "mold" they run. My main reason for selling is the high HOA fees. I'm willing to drop the price. I've even reached out to local home buyers but as soon as they hear it's already listed they run too. Any pointers on how to sell it?
