Using Chat GPT for Property Analysis
For those using GPTs, I have created a GPT to calculate and explain cash flow, ROI, cap rate, IRR, and cash on cash return. For now, this is mainly for me to do some preliminary analysis because I am interested in real estate but I am very new to it. In your experience as someone who understands real estate analysis at much greater depth than I do, what are the main factors to look into? What are redundant mathematical calculations you carry out for each property you are considering? I want to add them to this GPT so that it can be an easy tool for all of us
