Purchasing Rental Properties in Columbus OH

Analyzing areas around Columbus OH for purchasing duplexes and SFH for appreciation / cash flow - would like to stay in $100-200k range - any insight on where to target and areas to avoid are appreciated.

Hey Michael, for that price range a few good areas to look into would be Hilltop, Franklinton, North Linden, and I'm seeing some good deals in Obetz as well. There aren't really any areas to completely avoid investing in, in Columbus which is pretty rare for it being such a large city. I always go to where the best deals are.
