What should I ask and know when considering purchasing property with avocado and lemo
I'm considering bulying a 22 acre property that has a productive avocado and lemon grove on it as well as a home for my family and a separate residence for my parents. What should I be asking and what should I know before seriously considering this purchase and major move? This would be mainly a homestead purchase but I am hoping the grove could act as a supplement to the mortgage. Thank you for help and guidance. The property is in Ventura County, California.
