Wholesalers in Florida?

Question

How or where can I find wholesalers in Florida? I am an investor and want to purchase contracts from wholesalers (which one would think would be easy), but anytime I Google it, I just get websites trying to teach me how to be a wholesaler, which isn’t helpful. I suspect there has to be somewhere investors can easily connect with existing wholesalers, so any insight or guidance on this would be great even if it’s a trivial answer.

You might want to reconsider your strategy. Most of the money in this area is made by teaching people about wholesaling, often with questionable advice. So, instead of chasing after wholesalers, why not start farming real estate leads in the area? By the time you get to know the market, you'll have a better understanding of the players, including the wholesalers and investors. It's like going to the source instead of chasing after the middlemen. Who knows, you might even discover a hidden treasure trove of opportunities in the process!

1. Call any "we buy houses" bandit signs you see. Those will be wholesalers.

2. Google "how do I sell my house fast in X". There will be pages of wholesaler websites.

3. Look for local facebook groups, they will be full of wholesalers.

4. Buy a property using cash. They will find you.
