Can an LLC act as FSBO
Hi there,
I purchased an investment property a few years ago and the current tenants are interested in purchasing it. Since I already have an interested buyer I would like to FSBO. However, the house is under an LLC.
Does anyone have any experience using their LLC as For Sale By Owner? Is it legal in Texas?
