Commercial investment property
I am new to real estate investing. I work as a dentist for my day job and looking to begin. I came across a commercial property listed for 500k. The last market valuation of this property was ~650k. The current property has a tenant which terminated the lease that runs through the summer of 2026. A buyout of 65k was offered by the current tenant to terminate immediately. What are some of the questions I should be asking and does this seem like a reasonable investment.
