Loveland CO Foundation Cracks
Im under contract on a single-family home with a basement in Loveland, Colorado. The foundation has a horizontal crack that I want to get checked out. Any recommendations on structural engineers that won’t drain my wallet? Inspection report is complete and have the pictures of the crack.
