Investing in Morgantown, WV
Hello all,
I am married with a little girl with another little girl on the way. I want to build a legacy for my family and have the ability to take care of my parents and in-laws in the future. I am from West Virginia and I know a lot the state has economic issues except for a few pockets including Morgantown, WV.
I am looking to invest in Morgantown, WV. I currently live in Buckhannon, WV and invest in both Buckhannon and Weston, WV. I own a quadplex, duplex, SFH, and I am house hacking a home with two ADUs on the property. I would love to speak to agents, investors, bankers, etc., in and around the Morgantown area.
