Wow Where to Start
Well guys and gals after 3 weeks of reading and trying to figure out what comes first, the chicken or the egg.
So i get a house first or should I get an investment property.
Currently live in an apartment where the rent is bout the same as a house payment. I pay $1500 month.
After reading a mountain of information, and listening to a cornucopia of podcasts, I am no where near to figuring out what the hell to do.
Now keep in mind I have 3 small girls and one of them has school so moving all the time is not going to happen.
Interested to hear some ideas.
