Purchasing under $30k
I'm located in the Youngstown, OH area and I've been purchasing properties under $30k to rehab and hold for cash flow. There's enough ARV to satisfy the acquisition and rehab cost but been having issues in finding lenders to lend on them. Am I the only one having these issues?
