Looking to partner with experienced IOS developer
Hello All! New to the community here
My partner and I have are experienced residential investans and in 2024 we switched over to commercial. We've done our homework and have a mentor for commercial. We have a large piece of land undr contract that we'd like to develop for IOS. In efforts to get more experience with IOS, we are seeking a financial partner that potentially has experience with this asset class. My partner and I are the creative investors that can guarantee we will put in the sweat equity to ensure a successful relationship.
