Selling Rental property with Tenants
Hello, I am looking to sell my rental property in Toledo, Ohio. My preferred market buyers being investors and cash-buyers. The property is currently tenant occupied on a month to month lease at $1150 per month.
I would prefer to sell the property vacant or the easiest less stressful way as possible, however I was advised that could deter investors buyers interest as the rental income is a one of my strong selling points.
I am open and would appreciate any thoughts and/or suggestions from fellow agents or investors alike.

Hi there, if you're open to holding onto the property, converting it into an Airbnb or short-term rental could significantly increase your cash flow, especially with the current demand for rental properties. You just need the right funding to make it happen.
