Reference for a mentor program to buy /sell land

Has anyone joined or spoken to Carson and Jackson Weiner about their mentor program to buy/sell land? They say if you join their program they will mentor you to help you find land to put under contract with a seller and then find a builder to buy the land and reassign it to the builder. The program is $3000, and I haven't found much online about them.

I started out investing in non-performing notes but having trouble obtaining those lately.
