Purchase Price Configuration
Looking to purchase a home property from a family friend to be turned into a long term rental property. Trying to configure a fair purchase price. Would using the property tax assessment for 2025 be a good value to start? Would you recommend getting the property appraised? Very new to this, so any advice is appreciated!
