NACA Offer Under Contract
I'm looking for some information from sellers who've sold an investment property to a buyer going through the NACA program. Does NACA allow buyers financing over appraisal if the buyer offered significantly over asking price? What's been your experience with closing a NACA buyer on a transaction? Any tips or things I should be aware of?
