Comp Reviews Assistance!!
Hello all!!
Im very new to the BP community and need a little advice! Trying to run comps on properties takes time to do but unfortunately, the 9-9(or more) salaried corporate w2 doesnt allow time for the research. Are there any tools/apps/ai that can give a less than precise answer or guidance for comps for fix and flips? Please note that the majority of the rehab will be completed by myself and the other two partners (hurray sweat equity!!).
