Is An LLC Really Necessary To Flip Homes
I'm new to real estate investing and just secured a HELOC. I wanted to ask if anyone recommends opening an LLC. Our plan is to buy, rehab, and sell properties—would an LLC be necessary for this strategy? I appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!
