What would you suggest-

Town is saying there is violation for un-permitted work done by prior owner, i.e kitchen /bath remodel etc

Seller didn't mention for any un-permitted work, in disclosure they mentioned about flooring, cabinets and whole house paint etc only.

would town have any proof of before pics or somthing to compare?

whats the best way to resolve the violations ?

Is there not a phone number or address on the paperwork you received?

The building department will have a building inspector, who is the person to look at your property.  They will tell you what you must do to remedy the situation, and then you will have to hire a licensed contractor to pull the permit for that specific task, and they will perform the work.  The building inspector will need to come out and view the work done, so they can sign off on the permit and you can carry on.
