Thoughts on Mortgage Rates in Short Term
I am under contract on a primary residence and have the opportunity to lock my interest rate... I am considering locking in at 6.25%, paying 1,979 dollars for 0.365% of a point. Any thoughts on whether rates are forecasted to go down over the next 4 weeks? Thanks!
