Really good deal on a High End home
Does anyone here invest in high end homes. I have a deal on a house with alot of potential that is worth 1.5 to 1.6 million and needs little fixing and the home owner just wanted 1 million for it and needs to close fast. If you are interested pls reply to the post for more info and I will check the forum regularly to answer any question. The house is in Angleton, tx with 11.4 acre and 10 kw of solar already pay for. thanks
