Brokerage with low fees

I am currently a licensed realtor in Kansas and Missouri with platinum realty. This brokerage only charges $495 in transaction fees plus $30 broker fee… that’s it. No commission splits. 

Does anyone know a low-fee brokerage in Connecticut? I’m working on getting my license there.

I do around 2-4 flips per year plus rental acquisitions, so my volume is pretty low.

Looks like Redfin has up to 75% commission split. Platinum Realty who I’m with in Kansas has no commission split and $495 fee per transaction plus $30 fee.. that’s it. Hard to beat but they’re not in Connecticut
